Kindergarten artists learned about landscapes while creating these sweet little snowscapes. They also learned a fancy new art word: collage – meaning “to glue” in French!

As this sizzling summer weather continues (the thermometer at Valley View Farm topped out at 99 degrees today) I thought it might be nice to recall …. the BLIZZARD of 2011! It took a long, long time for all that snow on the Art Room Patio to melt away.
Gotta love Michigan weather!
