It is almost time! Georgetown’s art room is ready for another great year of creating and learning. Looking forward to seeing all of my Georgetown artists very soon! (Don’t worry…I’ll get there before 10:30! ) ~Mrs. Brouwer~
Georgetown artists, are you ready for another school year to begin? Mr. Rob has the Art Room all polished up and ready for us to…well…. get out the messy materials and get started making more art.
The wooden mannequins are dusted off and ready to greet you…along with Mona Lisa!
Don’t forget to stop by the Art Room during Georgetown’s Open House Tuesday, August 30 from 6:30-7:30 PM. In the meantime, remember to…
See you soon, friends!
I want to give a big shout out to the many parents who volunteered to come in over the last two weeks to hang new artwork in our hallways…as you can see by the pictures, our halls are again filled with creativity and color! Next week our 2/3 hallway will also have new creations as our second graders finish up their warm/cool cities and I get the artwork ready to display!
Special thanks to Sandy Tibbe, Amanda Troyer, Shelly Telfor, Karman Vanderstel, Jennifer Walters, Heather Persch, and Julie Randolph for generously spending several hours on ladders to beautify our halls!
